date comparaison in webi report

I have 2 date fields which I want to compare. The first one is the start date and second is end date.
Start date = 09/02/2010 9:43:56 AM
End Date = 09/02/2010 12:08:40 PM
How can I create a field that returns the number of seconds between start date and end Date ?
