In general, items that you can download (currently includes Xcelsius as well as some other stuff) can be found on the SAP site. There is a Sticky topic which contains more details.

Where can I download an evaluation copy of ... ?

The only authorized place to download evaluation software is from the Business Objects web site. At the time this post was written a page listing the available options was here: Note that many of the enterprise products do not offer a free trial for downloading. You must contact your sales representative to arrange an evaluation product. If you work for a SAP (BO) Partner you can download the Data Services software from the SAP website if your S-ID has been authorized to do so, and request a 30-day eval. license code through your SAP partner contact person or retrieve this from the SAP site as well.

This is only available to SAP BusinessObjects partners - there is indeed no public trail/demo version of Data Services available.

If you work for a company that considers purchasing Data Services and would like to evaluate the software, please contact your nearest SAP BusinessObjects partner or SAP directly.
