We are having a situation where reports submitted to Doc Agent (w/ a custom script) are failing with the error message ‘Cannot Refresh Document; A variable prevented the the data provider from being refreshed’. I saw in the Doc Agent Bible that this means that an @prompt in the object sql (which these reports have) is not being valued correctly, and they suggest to set the number of retries to 1 (implying that it will work the second time). This being done, it still fails. When the script which provides values to these prompts is run outside of Doc Agent, the report runs just fine.
We are using v 4.1.2 w/ service pack CSP 14. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem??

We receive the same error message for any report using @prompts in the where clause. To overcome it, we log in to the BO reporter module FROM THE DAS MACHINE, open the problem report, AND SUBMIT IT TO DOCUMENT AGENT.

Jason try upgrading you DAS to 4.1.3 with CSP 22. This version has turn out to be stable for us.
