We are running BO 4.1.2 with our repository in DB2 on the mainframe. We have set up DAS to run as an NT service. All of the reports which have been sent to doc agent have failed with a memory error. DAS works fine, when it is not run as an NT service. Is anyone out there successfully running DAS as an NT service with the repository in DB2? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

We initially had some memory problems setting up DAS as an NT service. It was apparently not releasing any memory resources. One option to check is the pagefile information on the NT machine…make sure it is configured for optimization.
