CrossTab - Force a 3rd col when data for only two vals exist

Example: I have 3 salesmen across the top of my crosstab - Tom Dick Harry. I have weeks on the vertical axis. For almost every week, all three have sales.

However, week 22 - Tom has no sales. When I select the report for week 22 only, only two columns appear - for Dick and Harry.

Is there a way that I can “force” the third column (or more) to appear for Tom with a null (or zero) for that week’s sales within the crosstab block?

How can I include data for all months in a crosstab, even if a particular month has no data? One way to do this is to create a second data provider using only the months. Then link (or “merge”) the second data provider (query) with the first data provider. Use the month column from the second data provider in the cross tab.
