cross-tab feature

Hi,

I want to create a cross table between Business 1and Category and the measure is no. of people. Business Group having 3 values and job-level-catg is also having 4 values (a,b, c, d).
If in case in the fact the data is not there for a and b, the cross tab is not showing both the columns in the report. Can we do something, it will show a and b in the corsstable and the values could be 0s.

Hi

Create a horizontal report containing all One Column as Business second column should be Job Level Category. Now add 4 more columns
Now to on third column copy Job Level Category and also put condition where Business Group =A same and give this column Name : Business Unit A
Same way create other columns which will have condition B , C,D resp.
This way you will data even if there is no value for A, B,C, D
Also use format cell to do number formatting.

How can I include data for all months in a crosstab, even if a particular month has no data? One way to do this is to create a second data provider using only the months. Then link (or “merge”) the second data provider (query) with the first data provider. Use the month column from the second data provider in the cross tab.
