Cross-referencing DB Tables, Universe and Reports

Hi,

Just would like to get some ideas on how to accomplish a task faster. Given a list of db tables (Oracle), we need to determine which universes and reports that are using this tables.

At the moment, we are documenting the universe 1 by 1, and then manually checking each document for the tables thru search.

As for the report, we open each report that uses the universe that uses the tables and then search each SQL in the report for a sign of those tables.

Looking forward to hear some suggestions.
