Creating user profiles in Recipient Manager

I’m having a problem creating profiles in Recipient Manager.
I can name the profile but i can’t manage the profile objects.
In the dialog box ‘Manage profile objects’ , the first drop down box lists all of the universes but when i choose one, the Class Name dropdown box doesn’t get populated.

Has anyone come across this problem before? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Gina,

I’m facing the same kind of problem. when i Select my universe in the drop down i get an error message “Unable to open this universe”.

Have you found any solution for this issues.

I’m using V 6.5.1.
