Creating Reports in Crystal Reports XI Server - Urgent

Hello,

I have recently installed Crystal Reports XI Server, but i cant seem to be able to create reports :x : . I can only view the published reports. :cry:

Why cant I access the designer in Crystal Reports XI server? :hb:
Do I have to install Crystal Reports XI on its own (though the specs sheets say that the package includes Crystal Reports XI)?
How can I create crystal reports using Crystal Reports XI Server?
I have checked some posted messages, and one of them said I can create a reports through Business View, how.
Is there a tutorial on properly operating Crystal Reports XI Server?
