Creating an 'ALL' value prompt

Hi gurus,

I have gone through the posts which are posted already on this topic…but bit confused.

One way i have tried doing this is by editing the object SQL and including there the

SELECT DISTINCT
D_PRICE_PLAN.ORD_CD_NUM
FROM
D_PRICE_PLAN
Union
Select ‘ALL’ from dual

But what i understood by reading the posts is we can create an object with @prompt function…

now i am stuck over there …
Could someone please help me in creating an all value prompt object
