General supervisor yesterday granted a user the ability to create and edit documents in UAT environemnt,but until today he is not able to see the the buttons when he opens webI. What else should we do?
We have multiple repositories, and In DEV the same user has no problems.

Obvious question that I am sure you have tried ,but the user is not a member of another group without the privlidges are they?
