Copying report across universes

Hello!! I have several data providers or universes that are built exactly the same way, but contain different data. I have one report that I would like to reuse across all universes. I have already created a report off of one universe and am trying to figure out how to duplicate my report without having to rebuild my final report product from scratch. Is there a straightforward way to do this without having to rebuild everything?
