Copy a query from one report to another

I would to know if there is a way to copy a query from one report to another without write it again in the second report.

Then how about saving a copy of report one and removing all the bits from it you don’t want until you have a second report with the same query and whatever different things you want in it. You could copy the SQL out and use it in a new report via Freehand SQL but there are various limitations if you go down that route.

Have you tried? If you’ve been given the ability to create / edit documents, it would be unusual to be restricted from using add-ins or running VBA code.
