Converting repository dates!!

Hi BOBers,
How could we convert the repository dates (for example DOCATV_N_REF) to show the real date/time as its logged in seconds from December 15 1970!!!

How can I convert repository dates into something I can understand? The BusinessObjects repository dates are in UTC format. Depending on your database, you need different functions to translate from this value to a date/time. The definition of a UTC value is the number of seconds since midnight on December 15, 1970.
