I would imagine this is just like in full client. BO is using the details you provided in your universe connection to sign on to the database. If this is oracle, you might like to get one of the users to try to sign on via TOAD or SQL*PLUS to see if ZABO is the problem or if it is just the database.

Hmm, I thought ZABO goes through the WEBi server via http (3-tier architecture) and not directly against any DB.
