Changing Universe for an Existing BO Report.

Hi forumites,

I have created a report in a universe say named X, but i want that same report to run in universe Y.
The classes and objects are same in Universe X and Y.

Both the universe are in same repository and use the same Key file.

Pls let me know if that is possible.

Hi Javed,

All you should need to do is:-

Open the Data Manager window using the ‘View Data’ icon (or via the Data menu).
Click on the Definition tab.
Click on a Data Provider and then use the (…) button to change the universe as required.
You will need to repeat step 3 if you have more than one data provider.
