Changing the Welcome: user in top right corner

Hi,
I’d like to change the text that greets the users from Welcome: to something else, including the value in their Full Name field.

I’ve tried probing around, and the closest thing i found was the file Tomcat55\webapps\PerformanceManagement\scripts\components\welcomeCompFunc.jsp (which I’m not yet sure is even relevant).

I’d appreciate your help,

Change Display of User name to Account Name (XI R2)

Change Display of User name (p12345) to Account Name (John Smith) in Infoview and Performance Management in the XI R2 Version.
