Is not possible in the CMC, only via a script written using the BOE SDK.
(a script that propagates the preferences of a reference user to a well-specified group)

Here is the Script to Sync all the User Preferences in the Business Objects Repository to a set a Default Home page (Infoview , My Infoview , Dashboard …) .
