Cardinality Problem

building semantic layer

I have universe U with Joins j1 & j2 from fact table f1 and Dimension table d1.(N to 1 ) cardinality
Now the all the tables are empty.
after some the data load happens fact and dimension tables.
will that dataload affect the existing join and cardianlity
