Capturing the DB user

Hi,
Currently we are using a generic oracle user id (UNIV_CON)to create universe connection. Hence it is not possible to know in oracle which specific user submitted the query. in Toad the query shows under the generic id- UNIV_CON.

Is it possible to capture the user_id in oracle so that views can be dynamically created with user_id filter i.e. the user refreshing the report.

Data warehouse database is Oracle. Universe has shared login ie all sessions use the same username/password (let’s say boenterprise/boenterprise) to access warehouse database. If user1 makes a query with InfoView (logs into InfoView user1) then in Orace database the the session info in v$session shows that query is executed by boenterprise.
