Hello everybody!
In docagent 4.1.4 I have a report running since a week ago, I tried to interrupt the report because never finished, and I had a message “Task already finished” but it’s still running.
I’m thinking to send again the report to DAS, but first I want to remove the older task.
What can I do?

Hi Juan,
I found this to be an undocumented “Feature” in the Doc Agent. What I have had to do is go to the console - shut down , then restart the Doc Agent. This will clear the buffer and you should be able to run the report again. laurenf@bellatlantic.net
