Thanks to everyone who responded to my earlier message, about not being
able to access my local security file. The problem was, my OBJECTS.LSI
file was corrupt and needed to be replaced. I can once again connect
Business Objects and DAS.
But, I still have another problem. Document Agent Service still
produces the ‘User **** cannot connect to the security domain’. The
resolution from the online tech support was to fix the corrupt
OBJECTS.LSI file. I did that! The other solution was to upgrade to
version 4.1.4, or higher.
We currently have 4.1.3. But, until our upgrade arrives, is there
anything else we can try. Thanks again!!
