Cannot access CMC

Using the CMC- going into the server properties, i uncheck “Auto Assign” next to “Request Port” and in “Request Port” specify the port ‘6400’

but now i am facing below problems:

CMS is down.
Cannot access CMC.
Cannot access infowview.

Can it be possible to revert back the changes and access the CMC
