Can not refresh reports in infoview?

Dear everyone:
These days I find that all the reports which are based on one same universe could not refresh through infoview but ok on the fullclient. When I refresh them on the infoview, it shows “Please wait while the document is being processed” all the time until I terminate it manualy. But after I do such steps below:
1 save the universe as a different name , and then export it
2 change the connected universe to the new one of every dataprovider in the report, then publish it .
I find I could refresh them normally again.
Who could explain it for me?

You havent mentioned which BO release is used
If its XIr2 then upgrade to SP2, maybe the problem will cease.
If its 6.x then upgrade to the latest patch and see if the issue is resolved
Also try to create a new WebI report off that universe.

I am using BO 6.5. And it is not very feasible for us to upgrade BO to XI in a short time , any other advises?

I didnt suggest to upgrade to XIr2

Do you mean try to restore my latest univers to the server?
But I have no backup :frowning:
And one of the report shows this error:
System error COM error during call to BusinessObjects server process. (Error: BOMGR 0070) The server threw an exception. (SERVER NAME)
(returned by function Get list of Prompts)

No, its the BO version I was suggesting to upgrade

after delete the universe in the server and export it again .
all are ok!
