Can I save and import Data Providers (Querys) in XI?

Save DataProviders to use it in another different report.

I have been checking out the product documentation, and I think it is not possible. Am I right?

Correct … hence why this utility was created. With some minor limitations, it allows a data provider to be copied between documents.
