Caanot access CMC

IN CMC- going into the CMS --> server properties, i uncheck “Auto Assign” next to “Request Port” and in “Request Port” specify the port ‘6400’ and saved the changes.

but now i am facing below problems:

CMS is down.
Cannot access CMC.
Cannot access infowview.

Can it be possible to revert back the changes and access the CMC
If yes then please let me know the solution
