A) Which exact patch level are you on on SAP BW side as well as on SAP BI BusObjects Server side?
SAP BW must be at least on SAP BW 1 EHP1 SPS 7+ I believe, and the current patch level for SAP BI BusObjects is either SP4 with Patch 11 or … SP5 with Patch 4; for patch level and build numbers of SAP BI BusObjects see also here: Business Objects versions
B) How is the prompt (input ready SAP variable) defined exactly at the SAP BEx query level (screenshot)?
