BusinessObjects Certificate....

Hi,
Can you please let me know the procedure to get the hard copy of the BOCP certificate?
I was told that the certificate would be mailed to my address by BusinessObjects but it has been 9 months since I took the exam and till now I didn’t receive it.
Is there any phone number or email address to which I can post my query and get this resolved?
Also what is the time frame by when the certificates are issues after the exam is taken?
Please help.

You should follow up with the place where you signed up and/or took the exam. It could have been lost in the mail. If it is the case, they can re-issue another one for you.

Hi

Think its due to the address you have given while filling up the form, it took a month to get my hardcopy of the certificate.
