Business Objects 4.1.2 with Citrix 1.6 and 1.7

Does anyone have any information about BO 4.1.2 with Citrix release 1.6 or 1.7. Are there any issues related to these releases? Pia

The only major one I’ve ran across is the cut and paste issue with 1.6. But that can be fixed by downloading and installing the SE165102 patch from Citrix and modifying the Registry as described below.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Compatibility\Applications\BUSOBJ

Add the Registry key above and then add the following Registry values:

OpenClipboardRetries: REG_DWORD: 0x20
OpenClipboardDelayInMilliSecs: REG_DWORD: 0x50 Flags: REG_DWORD: {num}

where {num} is the application type.
Possible values are:

DOS application 0x1
OS/2 application 0x2
Windows 16-bit application 0x4
Windows 32-bit application 0x8
Win16 and Win32 applications 0xC
Any version 0xF

Make sure to make a backup of your registry before modifying it.

I don’t think the patch is needed with 1.7 but if I’m wrong, I’m sure they’ll let you know.
