Burst Sending Blank Emails

Hello,

We are trying to set up WebI report bursting.

We have four geographic regions and each employee in those regions should receive an email which is personalised but also particular to their region and so I’ve set up four publications – one for each region. The problem is that we only have one AD group in the Profile Value and so each publication sends out an email to every employee, three of which are blank and one which has their data.

We are unable to set up extra AD groups due to information security restrictions and BOb groups would need to be maintained which would mean too much admin

Is there any way to stop the emails being sent if there is no data in the report? I know this can be done in Crystal, but in WebI?

Hi, I have scheduled a report that send out mail on daily basis with an attachment. Problem is even if there is no data, email goes out with blank attachment. I am using BO XI R2, is there any way to do this. While searching on this forum, I came across similar topic suggesting a object to be built in universe. I am not interested to do this.
