BOWindow (Application) vs. BOWindow (Windows) In Scripting

Attn: Scripting experts and wannabe’s

I was looking at the classes for scripting and noticed for the first time that there are two classes for managing windows in BO scripting. However, the differences are lost on me. Does anyone have a clear distinction of these two?
