Hi everyone,
There are 2 sets of repository tables that we can see after installing BO XI R2.
beginning with ‘CMS_’
which are queried via query builder and begins with ‘CI_’
The first set is displayed in the system database and is having some encrypted data.
Can anybody help me understand how the above 2 sets of tables are related? Is it like each CMS_ table is having a corresponding CI table?

The CMS database isn`t a normal relation database. It can only be queries using query builder as you suggested. The table names CMS are the physical table names but translate to CI table names when querying through the InfoStore DLL )as you do with query analyser).
