Hi,
I would like to transfer the “Island Resort Marketing” data & tables that come with BO XI 3.1 from the standard MySQL database to a Oracle 10g database.
What’s the preferable way for this? Using the “MySQL Workbench (GUI Tool)” ( http://www.mysql.de/downloads/workbench/)?

No, you cannot use that workbench tool.
It will be faster, if you use any ETL tool to move the data between MySQL --> Oracle.
You can use any of the following if you have one :
– Informatica
– Data Services
– SSIS
– Data Stage
– Oracle Warehouse Builder
or any other that does the same job.
