I upgraded the repository from 4.1.6 to 5.0.2. The upgrade went through smoothly. Now if I try to open a BO 4.1.6 full client in BO 5.0.2 and try to refresh it, then BO encounters unhandled exception and crashes. Can anybody suggest any solution ?

I don’t think it has anything to do with upgrade. BO4 clients are fully compatible with BO5 repository.
What about your BOMain.Key. Are you using BO4 key. Otherwise create a BOMain.Key using BO4 supervisor to BO5 repository in safe recovery mode.

These reports used to run in BO 4.1.6 without any trouble. That makes me feel that it has something to do with BO 5.0.2 upgrade. I am already using BOMain.key created using Supervisor 4.x in safe recovery mode.
