BO Enterprise "InfoView" job scheduler

Hi,

We run Business Objects enterprise 11.5 server. To schedule reports to run, we use the InfoView component.

I can look through the folder hierarchy, find a report, look at its history and click on “success” to see run times.

But at this point, we have thousands of runs over hundreds of days. So what I’d really like is to be able to export the whole recordset. With that, I could for example see any trends in response time. I could also see how many people are using the system or if there are reports that nobody runs any more. Lots of useful information could be gleaned.

Is there a way to do this?

I’ve peeked under the hood at the XIREPO and XIAUDIT databases, but they are a mystery to me. BO is able to pull this information from somewhere and present it to me, so I have to think I could get access to the raw information it uses.

btw, what unit of time is duration? And what does a status of delayed mean?

Duration is in minutes. Delay is the difference in minutes of when the job is supposed to start and when it actually starts.
