BO certification, problems with scheduling

Hi All
I am trying to register for my BOCP-BOE exam and whenever I go to pearson vue site and try to schedule a exam it prompts me to enter SAP user ID and it says if I dont have a sap user id I need to contact sap marketplace. Did Sap change the rules?
