It’s great that you searched first – it’s always wise to say so! Did you actually see this part of the thread of the big c000005 discussion? Someone specifically had the same problem with cube50.dll and SP6 as you mentioned. Perhaps there’s a hotfix for it, or perhaps it’s a bug that you have to upgrade to get past.
However, this is a forum – you create topics for discussion here, not cases. You only open cases with official Tech Support.
