Somebody knows if BO5.1 is compatible with Oracle 9i?

The Unhandled Exception means that a problem came up that the code didn’t expect, and couldn’t handle. It crashed.

I suggest that you try doing a Search using keyword c0000005 to see if any past discussions help you.

Hi Federico,

you can check supported versions of OS, DBs, … by yourself in PAR (Product Availability Report).

PAR for BO 5.x can be found here.

And PAR for BO 6.x can be found here.

Marek,
I checked the PAR for 5.x and it says “Product Avialability Report for BusinessObjects 2000 Products”. BO 2000 includes versión 5.1.6?

thanks for your time and the links.
Federico

BO 5.1.6 is basically BO 5.1 SP6. So you need to check PAR for SP6.

It’s great that you searched first – it’s always wise to say so! Did you actually see this part of the thread of the big c000005 discussion? Someone specifically had the same problem with cube50.dll and SP6 as you mentioned. Perhaps there’s a hotfix for it, or perhaps it’s a bug that you have to upgrade to get past.

However, this is a forum – you create topics for discussion here, not cases. You only open cases with official Tech Support.
