Best Practices for Auditing in Business Objects XI 3.1 SP3

I am looking for a document that lists the best practices for auditing. In particular, we are looking at auditing the following events:

1. When was the last time a certain report was executed? Who ran the
   report?
2. How many times has a report been executed within a date range?
3. By user, when was the last time a user has access Business Objects
   and run a report?
4. Be able to report on any user that has not accessed the reports
   within the last xx amount of days.
   Any help on how to configure auditing for these events will be appreciated!

I guess the information is auditable by the auditor tool, you need to check that actions in the webiprocessingserver.

maybe you need to use the activity universe and make your own report
