Best Practice Document in the Server Level(CMC)

Hi,

Can you help me to get best practice document in the server level (CMC)configuration including Creating a Group assigning the users to the Group etc…

We are using Windows AD Authentication and Version : Business Objects 4.1

I need to submit this document to my client this week.
