BCA error - Bad macro name

Hi fellow listers,

I got the following error when trying to run a custom script with 5.0.1:

“Bad macro name”

I used the docname.rep!modulename.scriptname format to specify the macro, as was described out here.

The script I am trying to run simply refreshes the document. Is there a way to specify the default “Refresh” command when sending a document to BCA via a script?

Thank You!

Make sure you have installed the macro in the BCA machine. Means you should have added the macro as an add-in.

How did you schedule the document in BCA? You must have choosen “Send To” option from BusinessObjects right? When you select the “Custome Script” option it must have shown you all the scripts available. am i right?

If it is only refresh, you can select “Refresh” action from the list instead of “Custom Script”
