Auditor Did not Log anything for last week

We have auditor, which has not logged any info from last week
it is weird, what are we missing

Other than this everything seems to be working fine

we are on Auditor 5.1

Hi,
Are you logging to database or to file? If you are logging to database & the database is unavailable when auditor tries to write the log file, the audit trail changes to write to file instead. Check the audit settings in the webi admin tool - this should say if it is logging to file or database.

am logging to a database

Check the WEBI Admin settings for your servers - the audit is probably being logged to file rather than database.

following are the setting we have on the WEBI panel

WiDasptcher - User Activity Log - ON
WiGenerator - User Activity Log - ON
WiStorage Manager - User Activity Log - ON
WiADSever - User Activity Log - ON
WIAPIroker - User Activity Log - ON
BOManager - LOG User Activity - ON

I don’t see any option to log on to the File

Go to admin and start logging to database again by clicking on log tab.

It happens sometime that webi switches from db logging to file.

Gowthaman, you’re just clicking down on each module name, right? You need to change your panel completely by clicking the View Log on the menu bar (which starts with Adminstrator … Site Properties … View Log … Help

It will show:

User Activity On or Off
Log to File or Log to Database
and then the fully-qualified names for the User Log File and Site Manager Log File

Thanks for the all the valuable inputs

Whatever data it has logged on to the file, is it possible to pump back to the DB Tables, if so how
