Applying restriction on LOV

Hi,
Could some one please suggest me how to restrict the values in an LOV based on the selection of value in another object.
E.g. when filtering using object SERVICE_CATEGORY_CODE = ADO
I want the SERVICE_TYPE_CODE object to show only values related to the SERVICE_CATEGORY_CODE = ADO, because, if I choose some Service_Type_Code
Which is not related to SERVICE_CATEGORY_CODE = ADO, it would not fetch any data.

Sounds like cascading LOVs might be the solution to your problem.
