ALL or individual values prompt in WebI

I have database values in a table A
A
1
2
3

I need to have a prompt in WebI report where when I select values in A, I need to get list as

ALL
1
2
3

So if user selects ALL it has to select ALL (1,2,3). Also user can even select individual values like 1 or 2 or 3

The table A is being sourced from Data Federator tables in my environment. So its not a direct link to SQL Server tables. Any folks had this issue.
