-All- in LOV for SQL Server

Sorry for asking this if it has been answered before. I searched different combination of ‘All’ with ‘SQL Server’ but couldn’t find anything.

I am working on including ‘-All-’ in a LOV. I am using SQL Server 2000 and since there is no dummy (dual) table in SQL Server, Designer does not let me go past the ‘Query does not reference any table’ error.

I know that similar character objects would work in the report but not parse in the universe, but the problem here is that Designer is not even letting me define the object. I am sure the gurus here know how to trick Designer
