"ALL" in Cascading LOV / Cascading Prompt

Hi,

I am using BO XI r2 and I have senario that I have multiple prompts:

1] Trial Alias :
2] Country : (LOV corresponding to Selected Trial Alias by user)

I have got Lov corresponding to selected Trial Alias but when I try to use ‘ALL’ its return no data.

What should I do to work this. Is there any way that we can give ‘ALL’ in by dafault or In LOV user select ‘ALL’ and it will return all data for that corresponding Trial Alias Lov.

Anyone mention me steps what to follow ?

A search using keywords "ALL in LOV’ would have fetched lot of results.
