As i know when ever we access the same table more than once need to create an alias, so to do the same task why cant we use self join

Self joins are used to apply column filters on that table. Alias has different purpose. Self join cannot replace Alias, and vice versa.

When you alias a table (usually a dimension), you are joining to another table (usually a fact).
When you put a self-join on a table, you aren’t joining to another table - you are restricting all the rows from that table.
