Hi,

I tried to login to BCA using the admin Account. It displayed the message that " Admin account is disabled by the supervisor". When I tried to search the Admin account by logging into supervisor, I was not able to find admin account and even I was not able to create admin account.

If I try to create a admin account, it shows that “admin user is already existing” That means, from the Back end, admin account is existing but I am not able to view it and Admin account is locked.
