Adding an All option in prompt value

I need to create reports in which apart from the prompt values there should be a value “All” and if the user selects that value the report should take all the values corresponding to that prompt. For example: Suppose I have a prompt “Enter first name” the values should come as “All”,“ABC”,“BCD”,“XYZ”. Now if the user selects “All” the report should take all the prompt values “ABC”,“BCD”,"XYZ.
