Adding "ALL" to a Prompt List of Values

I think the answer to this is “can’t be done” - but just want to make sure with the BOBJ experts here.

We have a runtime PROMPT that provides a “List of Values” that shows about 75 possible values.

Our users don’t like having to highlight / shift the whole list in order to get ALL the possible values passed into the PROMPT.

They are asking for the first value in the “List of Values” to be ALL.

If ALL is selected then the QUERY would return all 75 possible values.

Anyone know of a way to do this…?
