accounts with Zero sales should also show up

Hi All,
I have report in which I am pulling the customer no and the sales.
Now we have some customers who have zero sales and they do not show up in the report.
How do I modify the report so it shows the customers with zero sales?

What are your report conditions?

You can also try adding a second data provider that brings in all customers with the sales for your given time period. Link by Customer and you should get all of your sales, including your zero sales.

I have a report that I am trying to get information for. Sometimes the report returns data and sometimes it returns the message no data to fetch. We still need a report to show all zeros even if there is no data in the sales fields. There is customer ID's and we need the report to at least return the customer ID and zeros for the sales field. I know updating the table with "0"'s would be ideal but that is not an option at this point. Is there a way to query the table and return the customer…

Are your Customers and Sales in different database tables?

If so, you’ll need to outer join as the sales table may not contain any information for customers with no sales.
